In addition to our periodic acquisition and upgrading of distressed industrial or office buildings, Hapgood Workspace continues to invest in the existing portfolio and currently have the following capitol projects underway.
PARC TY GWYN, PWLLHELI
Our tenant T N Robinson Electrical LTD approached us asking if we could provide additional space for their thriving Pwllheli branch. Whilst the site continues to be fully occupied, we realised that there was a plot adjacent to the T N Robinsons existing unit where we could construct an additional unit for them. Following protracted planning, works commenced in early 2023.
SOLAR INSTALLATIONS
In order to insulate our tenants from fluctuating energy costs, and help reduce global CO2 emissions Hapgood Workspace are commissioning Solar installations at our sites, with works currently underway at Chester and Kinmel Bay, which will provide capacity as follows:-
